Refund policy
No refunds/returns are available once the proof has been approved. If the order is cancelled at the proofing stage 50% will not be refunded. If the order is cancelled after printing is completed there will be no refund.
If the client has received the goods and is feel like the quality is not up to standard - complaints must be made by email to hello@wishboutique.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the goods in order for action to be taken.
