How to order

STEP 1

Choose the design you like best, if a custom design has your heart, hit 'custom design' and have your inspo pics ready to send me!

STEP 2

Select your preferences below.

Invitation Quantity: Remember that most families/couples will share an invitation so the invitation number will be less than your guest count.

Always include at least 10 spares in your order - just incase you forget someone or need to add someone. - Also one for yourself as a keepsake! (it will cost more after they have all been printed if you need extras)

STEP 3

Click ADD TO CART to complete your purchase.

NOTE: Your order will not commence until I have payment and your wedding details. Please keep an eye on your email inbox and spam folders. I will start an email conversation with you about your order and send proofs via email.

STEP 4

Once you have made payment, check your email inbox (or junk)! I will send you an email to confirm your wedding details.

STEP 5

I will send you a proof for you to check that everything is just right.

STEP 6

On your final approval, printing will commence!

Turnaround time:

Approx 3 weeks after your final proof approval (Step 5) excluding shipping and public holidays. Please note I am only shipping orders within Australia.

No changes may be made to semi custom artwork design. (colours are an exception)

  • Printed full colour or white ink on one side on a premium card 350gsm
  • Invitation Size: 120 x 180 mm (printed single-sided in full colour or white ink print)
  • RSVP Size: 80 x 135 mm (printed double-sided in full colour only - so your guests can write on it - no dark coloured card)
  • Wishing Well Size: 100 x 100 mm (printed single-sided in full colour or white ink)
  • Information Card Size: 105 x 148 mm   (printed single-sided in full colour or white ink)
  • Envelope in matching size (Blank, White unless specified in your order)
  • Envelope addressing available separately
  • Provide your wording and details after purchase. (I will contact you by email)


            As this is a custom item, no refunds are available once payment has been made. For more information, read the process page, FAQs and Terms and Conditions.

            Please note that screens can show colour differently to printed card. I recommend ordering a sample pack to confirm your favourite colours before ordering.

            Proofing

            Time Frames

            Save the Dates

            It is recommended that you order your save the dates 12-18 months out from your wedding date.
            Your order will be delivered to you in approximately 2-3 weeks from your proof approval. Allow extra time for postage. (Terms and conditions apply)

            Invitations

            It is recommended that you order your wedding invitations 6-8 months out from your wedding date. Ideally, you want to be posting these to your guests about 12-14 weeks out from your wedding date (minimum 8 weeks). 

            Your printed order will be delivered to you in approximately 2-3 weeks from your proof approval. Allow extra time for postage. (Terms and conditions apply)

            On the day items (Menus, Place cards, Signage)

            It is recommended that you order your on the day items 6-8 weeks out from your wedding date. Don’t stress if you have not finalised your menu items or guest list - we will get the design proofs perfect for you and drop in your final selections right before we print (3 weeks from your wedding date at the very latest)

            What Changes Can I Make?

            I can customise colours and wording to your order. If you wish to make more changes, that is totally fine - a custom fee may apply which can be invoiced separately.

            I can also add additional details such as your parents’ names and response details.

            How many invitations do I need?

            Couples often over or under estimate how many invitations they may need for their big day. I always, always recommend that you order extra invitations (about 10) and remember that some invitations have two or more people on them. The extras will come in handy if you discover (oh my!) you have forgotten to invite someone special or, if some of your guests cannot attend, you can quickly invite someone else to fill their place. They are also great as a keepsake (remember to keep an extra for yourself and your mum too!) It is costly to order just a few more invitations after you have received your order and in some cases (like letterpress and foil invitations) unavailable.

            What is the minimum order for invitations?

            The minimum order for invitations and wedding invitation sets is 30. Some styles however may require a higher order quantity depending on the printing method and materials required. (Like Letterpress and Foil need at least 50)

            Rush Service

            I offer a rush service for those who need something in a hurry. Please email me to confirm that your deadline is possible. A rush fee will apply for orders that need to be completed in under 2 weeks. This rush fee will be invoiced separately.

            Can I see my invitations and stationery before they are printed?

            You will be sent a digital proof by email for your approval before anything is printed within 5 business days. If you wish to see a printed sample of your invitations before they are all printed, sample fee applies. Some styles do not allow for a printed sample however (eg letterpress, foil, specialty or laser cut).

            Can I cancel my order?

            As each order is carefully personalised and made to order. Unfortunately there are no refunds available once you have paid. Please choose carefully when placing your order and read the terms and conditions.

            If circumstances change that are outside of anyone’s control (eg Covid 19 and government restrictions), you are welcome to place your order on hold. (if nothing has already been sent to print!) I will hit the pause button until you are ready to go again. Unfortunately refunds are not available.
